I am Gianfranco and I am really passionate about food. Not any old food but good. No, great and authentic food. Having grown-up in Sicily, I have been spoilt by some delicious Italian cuisine, especially my own mothers cooking. Since traveling across Europe and now settling in London I made it one of my hobbies to seek out some of the world’s most authentic and delectable places to eat.
